By booking a workshop or event with EVER STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To book a workshop, you must provide accurate personal information (name, email, phone number) and select your preferred date. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment confirms your booking.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the price paid at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• 7+ days before the event: Full refund (100%)
• 3-6 days before the event: Partial refund (50%)
• Within 48 hours of the event: No refund

4.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, email us at [email protected] with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 EVER STUDIO Cancellations

If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund (100%) or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

4.4 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.

4.5 No-Shows

If you do not attend your booked workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

5. Workshop Attendance

5.1 Age Requirements

Participants must be 16 years or older unless otherwise stated. Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.

5.2 Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5.3 Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Liability

6.1 Our Responsibility

We take reasonable care to ensure workshops are conducted safely and professionally. However, participation is at your own risk.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVER STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our workshops.

6.3 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to workshops.

7. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, and designs remain the intellectual property of EVER STUDIO. You may not reproduce or distribute workshop materials without our written permission.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the workshop.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
